In 2018, I summited Kilimanjaro in aid of Caring 4 Girls, a program that the Imbumba Foundation started which aims to provide sanitary pads to girls in underprivileged areas. 350 girls at Dawnview High School, Primrose were the recipients of a year’s supply of sanitary pads that were donated thanks to this initiative.
Trek 4 Mandela is an annual expedition. I was fortunate enough to summit on Nelson Mandela’s centenary on the 18th of July 2018 – learn more about my experience with that here.
